Installing WindowTabs
To get started with WindowTabs, download and run ‘WindowTabsSetup.exe’. This package is compatible with Windows XP©, Vista© and Windows 7 – both the 32bit and 64bit versions. WindowTabs will start automatically after installation has completed.
Portable Version
To run WindowTabs from a USB drive or other portable media, download WindowTabs.zip and run the ‘WindowTabs.exe’ file.
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
WindowTabs requires the Microsoft .NET Framework, version 2.0 or higher. You can download the .NET Framework for free from the Microsoft website.
Removing WindowTabs
You can uninstall WindowTabs through ‘Add/Remove Programs’ or by clicking on the ‘Uninstall WindowTabs’ shortcut that is added to your Program Files directory.
Trial Version Limitations
When you install WindowTabs, it runs as a trial version until you purchase a license. There is no time limit on the trial version, but it is limited to three windows per-group.
